Searching a place or any location anywhere in the Philippines is quick and easy.
Search for a Location
For example, you might want to search for a street in Quezon City:

Figure 3. - Plus (zoom in) and Minus (zoom out) and a Globe image to view the whole map.
You can navigate the map by dragging the map (Figure 1. hand image - click and drag), or by using the Zoom In, Zoom Out buttons (Figure 3) located at the left side of the map. The Reset, Print and Landmark Button can be found at the top right corner of the map.

Map Area:
The map area contains the vicinity map of the selected location or establishment. An establishment icon representing the selection is displayed in the middle of the map, labeled at the right is the landmarks name.
Search Result:
If a query found a result, you will be directed on the map with corresponding location details.
If a query found multiple categories, it will be displayed with corresponding counts.
Information Details:
The Geographic Search is a hierarchial search from Province to Municipal down to the Barangay designed for the convenience of the users. In this option the user must first select the Province name and so on until you reach the Barangay selection.

How to plot a point?
Follow this simple instruction:
1. Locate a place by using the Search Form or the Geographic Search Form, when the map displays click the
on the right and you will be asked to click this, 
located on the left side of the map and you are ready to go, now click anywhere on the map.
Add To My Point feature:
1. If you use the Search Form and produced a result, you can browse thru your result list and add to Your Points the specific result by clicking Add To My Point beside the listing.
2. A form will display where you can customize your point by adding your desired name and description.
Search for a Location
For example, you might want to search for a street in Quezon City:
In the Quick Search tab, simply enter the name of the street
like "EDSA" in the "FIND" field then enter the "Quezon City" in the "WHERE" field. Mapcentral will
then display filtered results named EDSA located in Quezon City.
If a query found multiple categories, it will be displayed with corresponding counts, otherwise you will be directed to the map.
